View education as a tool for self improvement and not just as a device for employment. If you would look at it as a means to get ahead in the "real world", you will get frustrated when you get a bad grade. Study to learn and your good grades will just be a reward for your hard work. Also, always remember that failure is inevitable. Whether you like it or not and whether you caused it or not, at some point in our lives, we will all fail. But it can never define you. Failure is an event and not a person. It is what we make out of those failures that would define us and you have the option to quit or do better. Just a tip: You are meant to do greater things. Thus, you can always do better.

Enjoy Teaching
“The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.” ― William Arthur Ward
I know teaching has been my God-given calling and now my heart has found its home. There is no greater reward than to be an instrument to inspire and uplift others. One of the best ways to serve the Lord is through loving His people. If we don't know love, we don't know God for He is love.
(About the Photo: For me, this is a sight worth remembering. The students are having fun while learning).
Though you may have committed a mistake in the past, it doesn't mean that you are a mistake. You may have failed, but you are not a failure for it is an event and not a person. Neither your present nor your past can define you. Others cannot certainly define you either. Build yourself and character in such a way that when negative things are being thrown at you, the people around you won't believe them. You are created by God to soar. You are destined to fly like an eagle.
Haaaaay. Grabe. Thank you, Lord! Ang tindi ng sustaining grace ni God. We were able to survive four batches of attendees with 300+ students per set. Sobrang fulfilling. Thank you also sa aking assistants today - Gail and my kapatid, Blessed (Happy Birthday). Maraming salamat sa PCC at syempre sa aking partner na si Marlon who did the talk yesterday and entrusted me with handling today.
The success of a team depends on how well the members work together. Just like the human body. No body part can stand alone. One needs all the organs to be functional for him to live. No matter how diverse the people are within a group, there should always be unity for the vision to be achieved. Each person should value accountability so that the organization will not crumble for it is only as strong as its weakest link. As the members build up one another, they also lift their team to greater heights.
Today was tiring but fulfilling. Thank you Hercar Builders for trusting us to be your facilitators. Your group is awesome. I also commend my co-facilitator, Ferds and our assistants, Erizza and Junesse for a job well done. Here's our Elevaxion pose. 😄🎉

You Are Unique
You are unique. Unique starts with "u", you, in knowing yourself, capitalizing on your strengths and improving on your weaknesses. Therefore, there is no point in comparing yourself to other people. The essence of being excellent is not to compete with other people, but to constantly improve on yourself. Also, always celebrate progress as victory no matter how small it is. 😊🎉
Thank you Psychological Function Society of Collegio de San Juan de Letran for having me as your assembly speaker. It really was an interesting and fun discussion. :)
